I have a horrible sleep cycle right now. And a little of the insomnia. Again. It’s stress insomnia. Stessomnia. Stress also fosters inactivity. Inactstressitivity. This is because stress doesn’t want you to feel things other than…stress. Because it’s selfish. Stress is also a jerk.
So I am back to the gym. I didn’t have much time but I wanted to jump in and swim a non-stop 500 yards. Ten laps. No breaks. Swim through the fatigue. And I did it!
