Don’t Forget To Chew is not Michelle’s science blog or her witty Facebook page. Instead, DFTC is a project; she has challenged herself to post here as often as she can and she’s given herself permission to document her choice to evaluate food, weight, exercise, and self esteem. She will record the inspirational as well as shameful moments. She will write things no one will stumble upon and things strangers will read unbeknownst to her.
